What: We will begin the day with a workshop to learn how to use your Natural First Aid kit in urgent situations to help the body heal quickly and effectively - using the power of nature!
From there we will go on an Herb Walk together to identify herbs and learn how to use them medicinally in the field.
Who: Tarah Gibbon is the herbalist and creator of Dig It Naturals! and Dr. Adrienne Wood is a Naturopathic Doctor practicing in Windsor, Nova Scotia. Both are passionate about health, nature, and sharing their knowledge to empower their community to live full, happy lives.
We hope you join us for this fun day of learning and nature!
Cost: $85 for the entire day (workshop + kit + herb walk) or $25 for just the herb walk.
