The first visit typically takes 75 minutes and involves an overview of your main concerns, a detailed health history, and review of systems. Please bring any lab results or prescriptions you may have as they will contribute important information. A focused, non-invasive, physical exam may be necessary during your first visit or discussions of further testing. The purpose of this visit is to get a picture of your health, lifestyle, and concerns and begin your initial treatment plan. Please fill out the brief intake form on the "Contact Me" page before your visit. All information is confidential and sent directly to my personal email address.
Follow up visits:
These visits last 30-45-60 minutes and could involve a more detailed physical exam to help me understand your overall state of health.
Depending on your health concerns, how quickly you are responding to treatments, and how quickly you are integrating any recommendations, a few visits within a couple months is normal. Once we see improvements and can move into maintaining your health, your visits will be less frequent.

Acupuncture visits last about 30-45 minutes and generally are on a weekly basis to see the best results.
