The first visit typically takes 90 minutes and involves an overview of your main concerns, a detailed health history, and review of systems. Please bring any lab results or prescriptions you may have as they will contribute important information. A focused, non-invasive, physical exam may be necessary during your first visit or discussions of further testing. The purpose of this visit is to get a picture of your health, lifestyle, and concerns and begin your initial treatment plan. Follow up visits:
These visits last 30-45-60 minutes and could involve a more detailed physical exam to help me understand your overall state of health.
Depending on your health concerns, how quickly you are responding to treatments, and how quickly you are integrating any recommendations, a few visits within a couple months is normal. Once we see improvements and can move into maintaining your health, your visits will be less frequent.
Exploring the Root Cause visit:
For those who want to dig into the deeper root cause of health issues. Much of the time, there are emotional and spiritual root causes of health issues. Naturopathic Medicine can help manage the issue but rarely cures it. These sessions are open to those willing to explore, learn, and ultimately emotionally release the root cause.This is the work I am most passionate about, as I see the most improvement in health conditions when people are willing to explore the deeper layers. In this session, we will have lots of time to talk, I may ask you questions about your past, and may include some education.
