- 1/2 head of white or nappa cabbage, cut in to small peices.
- 3 tbsp butter or ghee (to make dairy friendly)
- salt to taste
- Heat butter or ghee in a cast iron pan or regular frying pan on medium-high heat
- Add cabbage with a sprinkle of salt
- Stir every couple of minutes to ensure cabbage doesn't burn
- When wilted but not too soggy, remove from heat and serve hot
